As part of our continual commitment to the customer, the mortgage banking industry, and our community, we developed our loan servicing platform drawing upon our years of mortgage banking experience, both origination and default. Our goal is to provide the borrower with the pertinent facts, and all of the information that we can impart, to help them retain their home. We also realize that facing the default of a home loan can be one of the most stressful events one could ever face. It is this realization that leads us back to a core value of “service”.
This value and commitment lead us to a process whereby, the quickest resolution possible since time is of the essence, we spend as much time as necessary to properly analyze the individual conditions of the homeowner encouraging only those resolutions that provide the best relief to stabilize in both short and long term, and to ensure the best chance of success for home retention and the returning the loan to a performing status for the servicer and/or investor.
We have also carried these philosophies through to the expansion of our servicing platform through which we service various types of secured loans.
