Nicholas C. Barrett, Esq., Principal Owner & Attorney
Mr. Barrett is the founder and Principal Attorney of Nicholas Barrett & Associates (“NBA”). Born in Freeport, New York, Nick practices in the areas of title law, foreclosure, eviction and real estate. He received A.A.S. degree from Suffolk College, his BBA degree, cum laude, from The University of Miami and his Juris Doctor (“J.D.”) degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University. After earning his J.D., Nick began as an associate at Tobin & Silverstein, Inc. in Providence, Rhode Island. From there, he went on to become a partner at the law firm in Salinger & Barrett. In 1986, he founded NBA with himself and an assistant who is still with him, and has grown NBA into the comprehensive mortgage banking, and creditor’s rights, law firm that it is today. Nick is licensed to practice law in the states of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the New England Institute of Religious Research, Meadowhaven and Harvest Community Church.
